    I lost my license key. How do I recover it?

    Use Order Recovery at conexware.com — enter the email address you used at purchase and we'll resend your registration details. If you no longer have access to that email, submit a ticket with proof of purchase and we'll help you transfer.

    My trial expired but I haven't decided yet — can I extend it?

    Standard trial is 30 days, full Toolbox feature set, no extension typically needed. If you're an enterprise procurement team needing more evaluation time, contact sales — extended evaluation is available for qualifying organizations.

    How do I move my license to a new computer?

    Uninstall PowerArchiver on the old machine via Add/Remove Programs (Settings → Apps on Windows 10/11). Install on the new machine and activate using the same license key. Active PA Select customers get this handled automatically via Live Registration; if PA Select has lapsed, the same flow still works but may require a quick support ticket.

    How do I deploy PowerArchiver via SCCM, Intune, or GPO?

    Use the MSI installer with /qn for silent install. Feature lockdown is configurable via MSI properties. The Wiki has detailed deployment notes; if you need an example deployment package or the MSI property reference, contact sales for the deployment kit (included with Enterprise Unlimited and volume orders of 10+ seats).

    Can I get the VPAT or other accessibility / compliance documentation?

    Yes. The current VPAT is publicly available — download here. For other compliance documents (FIPS 140-2 validation references, EULA, master licensing agreement, vulnerability disclosure policy), see PowerArchiver for Government or submit a ticket.
